joe-3Joseph A. Hallock is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a Masters of Law degree from New York University School of Law. His degree in accounting from Seton Hall University and his MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University have proven invaluable in practicing in the area of estate taxation.

Mr. Hallock is admitted not only to the New Jersey Bar, but also The Florida Bar and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations (Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section); the Passaic County Bar Association; the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey, of which he also served as a Director; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and is Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Mr. Hallock’s community activities include the Wayne Lions Club, of which he served as President; he is a Director of the Wayne Senior Citizens Board, which operates Sisco Village senior citizen housing; and is on the Professional Advisors Council of Chilton Hospital. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning, taxation and elder law topics.
