joe-3Joseph A. Hallock is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a Masters of Law degree from New York University School of Law. His degree in accounting from Seton Hall University and the MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Magna Cum Laude, have proven invaluable in practicing in the area of estate taxation.

Mr. Hallock is admitted not only to the New Jersey Bar, but also the Florida Bar and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section); the Passaic County Bar Association; and is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He has also been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the field of Estate Planning and Probate for several years.

Mr. Hallock’s community activities include the Wayne Lions Club, of which he served as President; he is a Director of the Wayne Senior Citizens Board, which operates Sisco Village senior citizen housing. Mr. Hallock is a frequent lecturer on estate planning, taxation and elder law topics.
