Kenneth Rosellini received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Political Science from Albright College.  While in college he participated in the Washington Center Internship Program in Washington, D.C., where he completed an internship with the Federal Trade Commission Enforcement Division. 

Mr. Rosellini received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Student Bar Association Senator, President of the School of Law’s Chapter of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, and a law clerk with former New Jersey United States District Judge Herbert Stern’s law firm. 

He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  He has appeared in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in Newark and Trenton, and in the Civil, Chancery, Criminal and Family Divisions of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey and municipal courts throughout the State.  He has also appeared in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Supreme Court of the State of New York in Kings, Queens and New York Counties.

Mr. Rosellini is “Of Counsel” to the Law Firm and handles matters of litigation, including but not limited to the areas of trusts and estates, commercial, real estate, construction and employment law.
